1. Acceptance of the terms
This document sets forth the terms and conditions (the "Terms") applicable to the use of the website https://keystonelabs.dev (the "Site"), operated by Keystone Labs, domiciled in Mexico City, Mexico. By accessing and using the Site, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the Site.
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site's purpose is to publish information about the software development, maintenance and support services offered by Keystone Labs, and to facilitate contact between interested visitors and the company. The information published is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer; the scope, prices and conditions of the services are agreed in the formal contracts and quotes executed in writing with each client.

For the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms, the parties submit to the federal laws of the United Mexican States and to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other forum that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
